The EU has removed anti-dumping duties on biodiesel imports for 13 Argentine and Indonesian producers after European Court of Justice proceedings ended. The duties were set in 2013 and were ruled against by both the ECJ and the WTO.
Affected companies include Bunge, Cargill, Louis Dreyfus and Ciliandra Perkasa.
Lower duties increase EU access for Indonesian and Argentine biodiesel, supporting palm and soy oil demand in biodiesel, which analysts view as positive for CPO prices.
