Russia extended quotas on mineral fertilizer exports to destinations outside the Eurasian Economic Union from December 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. The total quota exceeds 18.8 million tonnes, including more than 11.3 million tonnes of nitrogen fertilizers and 7.5 million tonnes of complex fertilizers.
The export cap is intended to preserve domestic fertilizer availability, potentially limiting exportable supply and supporting prices in international markets.
