A new 14,000-square-metre bulk storage and handling facility has opened at Berth 43 at the Port of Tilbury, built for grain and animal feed trader Cefetra. The facility can hold up to 65,000 tonnes of imported animal feed products including soyabean meal and is designed to streamline vessel discharge operations serving the South and East of England.
