Russia extended export quotas on mineral fertilizers destined for markets outside the Eurasian Economic Union, setting the total at more than 18.8 million tonnes for December 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The quota is below the 20 million tonnes allowed for June–November 2026 and includes nitrogen and compound fertilizers.
A lower export ceiling could limit fertilizer availability to importing markets and lend support to international prices, particularly for nitrogen, phosphate, and potash products.
