POSCO Daewoo signed a deal with Ukraine's Orexim Group to acquire a 75 percent stake in a grain export terminal under construction at Mykolaiv. The terminal, due for completion in July 2019, will handle up to 2.5 million tons a year.
The price was not disclosed.
The new terminal adds modest export handling capacity in Ukraine's Black Sea ports, a long-term structural change with little immediate effect on prices.
