The GEOGLAM Crop Monitor reports that end-of-January global crop conditions remain generally favourable for wheat, maize, rice and soybeans. It flags dry weather concerns in Argentina and Uruguay for soybeans and dryness in parts of East Africa and Central America.
Mostly favourable global conditions point to adequate supplies and limited upward price pressure, while Argentina and Uruguay dryness is a watch item for soybean meal supply.
