Canadian Pacific said the late-May 36-hour strike left no lingering effects on rail operations, according to an earnings call. Members of the TCRC ratified a four-year agreement covering about 3,000 conductors and engineers, with 64.7 per cent in favour.
With the strike resolved and no lasting service impact, Canadian rail movement of grain and feed ingredients is stable, so this adds no new price pressure.
