Peruvian state oil company PetroPeru has begun using Argus price assessments to price its tenders for diesel, gasoline and naphtha imports. It issued a request for four cargoes of ULSD for August delivery.
The change alters the pricing reference for Peruvian fuel imports but does not add or remove demand, so it has little direct effect on prices.
