Indonesia's Ministry of Trade set the November 2026 crude palm oil reference price at US$978.90 per tonne, down 6.07% from October's US$1,042.15. The November export duty is US$124 per tonne and the BPDP levy is US$122.36 per tonne, with the levy rate unchanged at 12.5% of the reference price.
A lower administrative reference price reduces the export levy base and can make Indonesian palm oil cheaper for buyers, which weighs on palm oil and related vegetable oil values. The benchmark does not automatically reset domestic biodiesel or farm-gate prices.
