Soybean oil prices in Brazil have risen again after falling for almost two months, according to Cepea data. The rebound follows CNPE approval to raise the biodiesel blend from B14 to B15 between August 2025 and February 2026, with B16 possible from March 2026.
A higher mandated biodiesel blend in Brazil increases domestic demand for soybean oil, supporting Brazilian oil prices and crush economics, which can also lift soybean meal supply and pressure meal prices.
