The National Oilseed Processors Association released its 2025 policy priorities, led by Renewable Fuel Standard volumes that reflect expanded crushing and advanced biofuel capacity. Other priorities include biofuel tax credits and support for seed oils.
The association said processors have invested over $6 billion to expand capacity by more than 30%.
Advocacy for higher RVOs and tax credits points to stronger future demand for soybean oil. Its effect on prices depends on whether federal policy follows.
