The American Soybean Association and NOPA sent a joint letter to President Trump on Nov. 12 urging completion of EPA's 2026-2027 RFS volumes, limits on RIN credits from foreign feedstocks, curbs on used cooking oil and tallow imports, full reallocation of waived volumes, and 45Z Treasury guidance.
