Crude oil reversed its early gains as a stronger dollar weighed on prices, while natural gas fell about 12% on forecasts of much warmer winter weather. OPEC and non-OPEC output cuts were in focus, with Kuwait and Oman reporting early compliance.
A stronger dollar makes dollar-priced crude more expensive for foreign buyers, and warm weather cuts gas heating demand.
