Thailand's Fuel Oil Fund Executive Committee approved retail price cuts effective November 6, reducing B7 diesel by 0.75 baht per litre and most gasohol grades by 1 baht per litre. B20 diesel prices were unchanged, and major fuel retailers applied the reductions the same day.
The cuts lower domestic pump prices and may ease transport costs for feed buyers, but they are retail-price changes rather than evidence of looser underlying fuel supply.
After 21 past bearish policy events, ULSD / Diesel moved a median -2.4% over 5 sessions (38% higher; middle half -6.5% to +4.7%), and -1.1% over 20.
