Ukraine exported 3.05 million tonnes of agricultural products in October, up 0.6% from September. Grain exports fell 10.9% to 1.32 million tonnes, while oilseed exports rose 16.3% to 574,900 tonnes, with soybean and sunflower seed shipments jumping several-fold.
Oilseed meal exports also rose 19.4% to 409,900 tonnes, led by sunflower and soybean meal.
Stronger Ukrainian oilseed meal exports add supply to the Black Sea meal market and weigh on sunflower and soybean meal prices. The lower grain shipments give modest support to wheat and corn export values.
