Ukraine exported 1.256 million tonnes of grain and pulses in October 2026/27 marketing year, down 1.233 million tonnes or 49.5% from the same month last season. Wheat exports rose 34.1% to 954,000 tonnes, while barley fell sixfold to 34,000 tonnes and no rye was shipped.
Corn exports reached 262,000 tonnes, up 67.5% year on year.
The overall drop reflects constrained Black Sea shipping, but the wheat increase shows Ukrainian supply still reaching buyers, which tempers the bullish effect on wheat. Lower barley and total flows point to tighter feed-grain availability from Ukraine.
