APK-Inform analyst Andrei Kupchenko said five Black Sea producers (Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria) could harvest about 248.7 million tonnes of wheat, barley and corn in 2019/20. Russia and Ukraine account for 122.2 and 67.8 million tonnes respectively.
The region is about 25% of global grain exports.
A large forecast crop from the Black Sea adds supply to global wheat, barley and corn markets, which tends to cap export prices for feed grains.
