Australia's DAFF issued an industry notice that the EU confirmed a further delay to the EUDR, now applying from 30 December 2026 to large businesses and 30 June 2027 to smaller ones. The notice covers exporters of cattle, skins, wood, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber and soya, and notes a Commission review due by 30 April 2026.
Exporters of Australian and other low-risk origin products gain time to prepare, and the planned April 2026 review leaves open further simplification that could sustain EU demand for soy and palm oil.
