Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 was published in the Official Journal on 17 September 2026 and entered into force on 18 September. It removes cattle hides, leather, conveyor belts, vulcanised rubber articles and vehicle seats from EUDR Annex I, and adds products from 2027.
Scope changes remove some soy-for-sowing and leather flows from EUDR obligations while adding palm derivatives later, a modest structural change for oilseed and vegoil trade.
