The FAO-based FPMA bulletin reported November international wheat, maize and rice prices remained low, with US HRW about 10 percent below November 2015. Maize prices in the US fell 8 percent year on year on expected record production, while rice prices were mixed across Thailand, India, Pakistan and Vietnam.
