Euronext December milling wheat rose about 2% to 213 euros a ton after hitting a near six-month low, helped by a weaker euro and reports of poor French and German harvests. German wheat output is forecast down 12.7% to 18.8 million tonnes, and FranceAgriMer data show below-average test weights and protein.
Lower German and French crops and weaker quality support EU wheat values, partly offsetting pressure from cheaper Black Sea supplies and a weaker euro.
