Drought in southern Brazil has cut grain forecasts by 6.7 million tonnes from December estimates, with 6.6 million tonnes in soybeans and corn. Conab cut Parana's soybean forecast by 10.9% and its first corn crop by 35.5%.
Downward revisions from the national crop agency reduce Brazilian export availability, supporting soybean and corn prices and the cost of feed ingredients.
