Ukrainian seaports handled 35.74 million tons of grain cargoes in January-November 2016, up 6.7% year on year. Grain exports through the ports totaled 34.8 million tons, up 6.1%, according to the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
Steady port throughput shows Black Sea export capacity is absorbing a large crop, which supports competitive offers into importing markets and limits upside in world wheat and corn prices.
