The Renewable Fuels Association expects record US ethanol demand to continue into 2017. It cites EPA's full 15 billion gallon conventional biofuel obligation, growing E15 and E85 use, and rising exports to China, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and India.
Stronger ethanol demand and exports support corn grind and corn prices, though the outlook is an industry projection rather than a new policy change.
