Ukrainian seaports shipped 112 thousand tons of basic crops during August 11-17, 2018, down 86% from the previous week's revised 781 thousand tons. Wheat shipments fell 79% to 109 thousand tons and corn fell 97% to 3 thousand tons, with no barley exported.
A sharp drop in Black Sea port loadings reduces near-term export supply and supports wheat and corn prices, although weekly port data are volatile.
