Oil rallies as progress toward a trade deal eases demand worries

Oil futures rallied on June 18 to settle at their highest in over a week after Trump said he had a good call with Xi and a meeting was planned at the G20. Hopes of easing trade tensions and a looser stance from the ECB and Fed also supported prices.
