Staple grain shipments from Ukrainian seaports were 1.25 million tonnes in the week of Feb. 15-21, up 2% week on week.
Wheat shipments rose 67% to 342 thousand tonnes, while corn fell 6% to 895 thousand tonnes.
Steady port volumes and a sharp rise in wheat exports indicate solid Ukrainian supply, which is mildly bearish for wheat prices. Corn flows were little changed, so the effect on corn is limited.
