Feed barley in Alberta rose to C$270-272 per tonne delivered Lethbridge as of Jan. 19, up from C$260-265 the prior week, driven by export demand mostly to Japan.
Corn in Lethbridge was quoted at C$280-283, above barley.
Strong export demand is supporting Canadian feed barley prices, while corn parity remains a ceiling that limits how far barley can rise.
