South Korea's November consumer price inflation was 2.4% year on year, with rice prices up 18.6% and petroleum products up 5.9%. Agricultural, livestock and fishery products rose 5.6% over the year.
Higher domestic rice and energy costs reflect tight Korean food supply and currency-driven fuel costs, but this consumer price release has little direct effect on global feed commodity prices.
