Ukraine's sunflower seed procurement index fell 8.3% as of October 30, and European sunflower oil prices dropped by up to 8.1%. Exports from October 1 to 29 rose sharply: seed up 3.5-fold to 57.3 thousand tonnes, oil up 84.9% to 243.5 thousand tonnes, and meal up 14.5% to 310.4 thousand tonnes.
Oil shipments slowed late in the month.
