Indonesian biodiesel producers are looking to China as a growth market after anti-dumping actions in the EU and US hurt their export access. The Aprobi association says about 7 million kiloliters of its 11 million kiloliter capacity sits idle, and China's B5 program could absorb around 9 million kiloliters a year.
