WOAH has declared the highly pathogenic avian influenza situation in Romania resolved after three commercial poultry farms in Codlea were infected in January, with about 224,549 birds lost. No new detections have occurred since the last case closed in July.
Romania still has active African swine fever and anthrax outbreaks in small domestic herds.
The poultry losses are small relative to national supply and the resolution has limited effect on feed demand or prices. Ongoing ASF in Romania is a regional disease concern but does not move major feed commodity prices.

Moves of each commodity's benchmark from the last close before the event. Historical reads pool past events of the same kind; they describe what happened, not what will. Not investment advice.
