Two cargo vessels arrived in Ukraine on Saturday, the first ships to use the new corridor, to load almost 20,000 tonnes of wheat for Africa and Asia. Ukrainian port authorities confirmed the arrivals.
Resumed loading of Ukrainian wheat adds modest supply to world markets, which is mildly bearish for wheat prices.
After 137 past bearish logistics events, Wheat (SRW) moved a median -0.3% over 5 sessions (44% higher; middle half -2.2% to +1.0%), and +0.0% over 20.
