Malaysian biodiesel plants run under 25% utilisation at current oil prices, and an industry official says Indonesia's B20 mandate adds roughly 3 million tonnes of demand.
Biodiesel mandates are a major palm oil demand driver, but low utilisation and weak crude prices limit the pull on palm oil supply.
