Energy Intelligence reports that no more diesel or jet tankers are being fixed from Europe to the US as refiners restart after Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Brokers expect normal US diesel exports to Europe will not resume until at least November.
Reduced export flows keep US diesel tight and support European prices. Price implication is firmer diesel.
