The National Biodiesel Board responded to EPA's data notice by seeking a 2019 biomass-based diesel volume above 2.1 billion gallons and advanced biofuels of 4.75 billion gallons. It said an EPA letter to senators did not commit to going above the proposed 2.1 billion gallon level.
The board welcomed the end of planned cuts.
