Trilateral reports that its prior bullish edible oil view has been reinforced by USDA's 2019/20 global oilseed outlook. Global oilseed production is forecast 3.6% lower, ending stocks 11% lower, and the world vegetable oil usage ratio is seen falling below 10% for the first time since 1994.
Tighter global oilseed and vegetable oil stocks support higher prices for soybean oil, palm oil and related meals, with reduced German and Indian soy output adding to the supply squeeze.
