The USDA Economic Research Service's September 2019 Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook analyzes how the September WASDE report changes affect beef, pork, lamb, poultry, eggs and dairy markets at home and abroad. It is a routine monthly analytical release.
The outlook sets out USDA's view of livestock and dairy supply and demand, which buyers use to judge feed demand and meat and milk price direction.
