Draghi leaves Lagarde to heal rift at European Central Bank

Reuters reports that Mario Draghi is leaving Christine Lagarde to heal divisions at the European Central Bank after a public split over resuming government bond purchases. The ECB agreed last month to restart asset purchases to lift growth and inflation.
