USDA raised its corn yield forecast to 176.3 bushels per acre, lifting production to 14.996 billion bushels. Corn ending stocks for 2021-22 were raised to 1.408 billion bushels, and soybean yield and acreage forecasts were also revised.
Larger US corn and soybean supplies and higher ending stocks point to lower expected prices for feed grains and soymeal over the coming year.
