A US trade panel cancelled recently imposed anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties of up to 132.6% on Russian urea nitrate solutions and 113.5% on Trinidad and Tobago imports. The decision removes those duties on those imports.
Lower duties make it easier for Russian and Trinidadian nitrogen to reach US buyers, adding supply and easing US nitrogen prices.
