Malaysian Merchant Marine Berhad, an investment holding company, transports goods by sea, as well as in the provision of ship management and logistics services. The company’s dry-bulk fleet transports coal based products while its tanker fleet transports chemicals, vegetable/edible oils, tallow and molasses, and clean petroleum products. Its fleet operates primarily within southeast Asia, the Far East, India, Bangladesh, the Arabian Gulf, and Australasia, as well as domestic ports in Malaysia. Malaysian Merchant Marine Berhad was founded in 1993 and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
