USDA Issues Final Rule on Amendments to the Federal Milk Marketing Orders

USDA's AMS announced a final rule amending the uniform pricing formulas in all 11 Federal milk marketing orders, after producers in each order approved the changes in referenda. Changes include updated skim milk composition factors, with a delayed implementation, and the removal of barrel cheese from the pricing formulas.
