Argentina: New plan to reduce the export tax on soybean

Argentina's government announced a plan to gradually reduce the export tax on soybeans over 2018 and 2019. Decree 1343/2016, published in the Argentine Gazette on January 2, 2017, approved the creation of the measure through the Ministry of Agroindustry.
