‘Benign’ WASDE makes minimal changes in numbers

The March WASDE was described as benign, with wheat and corn supply figures unchanged and USDA trimming its expected season-average prices. The agency cut the corn price by 5 cents to $3.80 per bushel and the soybean price to $8.70.

Corn, soybean and wheat contracts closed higher as markets recovered from Monday's losses.
