GAPKI's press release reports that Indonesian crude palm oil and palm kernel oil output fell about 8% to 2.6 million tonnes in February. Exports, including oleochemicals and biodiesel, fell 6% to 2.66 million tonnes, and end-February stocks dropped about 32.5% to 1.93 million tonnes.
Falling output and stocks signal tighter palm supply, supporting palm oil prices.
