Corn futures fell below $4.30 per bushel, the lowest since late November, after the January WASDE raised 2025/26 US production to a record 17.0 billion bushels. Ending stocks rose to 2.2 billion bushels and world corn stocks were lifted to 290.9 million tons on higher Chinese stocks.
Record US production and higher world stocks outpace demand growth, reinforcing downward price pressure on corn and reducing import urgency elsewhere.
