House Republicans added provisions to a $81 billion disaster aid bill that would make cotton growers eligible for the Price Loss Program with a 36.7 cents per pound reference price for seed cotton. The bill also expands dairy insurance and lifts the cap on Livestock Gross Margin insurance, and Senate Democrats want dairy aid included as well.
