Soybeans and corn rose on commercial and technical buying as the US-China phase one trade deal was agreed but not yet signed, with some tariffs remaining at lower rates. Argentina raised export taxes on soybeans and products to 30% and on corn and sorghum to 12%, with the changes made by decree.
The NOPA November soybean crush fell about 6% year on year.
