Texas and Oklahoma auctions reported feeder steers and heifers mostly 2-7 higher versus the prior week on good demand. Oklahoma was very dry with strong southwesterly winds, though calf demand stayed very good.
Firm auction prices reflect solid feeder demand, and drought conditions in Oklahoma could tighten pasture supplies and support feeder prices.
